could IMX6Solo support DDR3-1600?

i notice  IMX6Solo could support DDR3-800, but not sure if it could support DDR3-1600, could you please help confirm? thanks.

Hello

  i.MX6 S/DL support DDR3/DDR3L/LPDDR2-800 ; maximum DRAM frequency

is 400 MHz. Therefore the "more speedy" DRAM parts, should be configured for

400 MHz (800).
