Hi pei

one can prepare SD image using attached Linux Guide

Chapter 8 Using a Linux Host to Set Up an SD/MMC Card and

please check Release Notes p.8 for kernel boot parameters.

It makes sense to try other card also.

Best regards

igor

Hi,igo.thanks for your help.I noticed:

Waiting for root device /dev/mmcblk0p1...

mmc2: new high speed SDHC card at address aaaa

mmcblk0: mmc2:aaaa SU08G 7.40 GiB (ro)

mmcblk0: p1 p2

the SD card is readonly. but on my board, the WP pin does not connect to the IMX6.the pin used to detect the SD card write protect on IMX6 is not used. It's NC.

how can i solve this problem? where to modify the kernel.

For SD boot is used root=/dev/mmcblk1p2

eMMC will be recognized as mmcblk0
