     Do i.MX6 q sabre lite board has on chip ADC? If yes how many bit as well as the voltage range of that ADC.

i.MX6 D/Q/S/DL SOC does not have embedded ADC.

You may use I2C or SPI based ADC. IMX6 supports I2C and SPI.
