Hi,
Hi we're confused with similar naming among the second stage bootloaders available for microcontrollers.
1. MCUboot - https://docs.mcuboot.com
2. NXP MCUBOOT - https://www.nxp.com/design/software/development-software/mcuxpresso-software-and-tools-/mcu-bootload...
With respect to the above to bootloaders, our questions are as follows:
How 1 and 2 differ?
How can we perform software upgrade with 2 on i.MX RT MCU?
Where can we find example code for Zephyr update with 1 or 2?
Is A/B update supported with 2?
Is 1 ported on NXP i.MX RT platform?
Hello @kanimozhi_t ,
Hope you are doing well. Can you please help me with the I Mx RT device you are currently using. When downloading the SDK under de middleware component once downloaded you will find a folder in the SDK examples called bootloader _examples. This including the mcu-boot middleware.
Regarding Zephyr we have a Hands-On that you can find useful.
Also there is a community post related to Zephyr MCUBoot.
Please let me know any other question.
