Writel to nor flush crashes system

hello.
i encountered a problem when i try write down a value to flush (nor qspi) from u-boot (u-boot located in the flush and ups form ram). U-Boot crashes on writl although readl alwase ok.
i use a9 core on imx6sx.
Preset write protection or something else..
