Hi Igor,
Thanks for your quick reply.
In my PC, both Hubs are USB 2.0 only (EHCI).
Intel(R) 6 Series/C200 Series Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller - 1C2D
Intel(R) 6 Series/C200 Series Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller - 1C26
No USB 1.1 and 3.0

Hi Praveenkumar
since as you described:
MFG Tool is always working in Hub2 Ports and always not working in Hub1 Ports. Board is connected with PC using OTG Port.
there may be problem with computer. Had you tried to connect using external hub ?
Best regards
igor
Hi Igor,
The problem is we do not have External Hub and also not planing to use external one. If that is the only one case we have to work on that.
But we have tried in more than 3 PC's. All having the same behaviour. Because of that we are not suspecting the particular USB Port.
Is external Hub is the only solution?

Hi Praveenkumar
one can check connection sequence: first power board,
then attach short usb cable to back port
Is there any difference between front and back USB ports? - Super User
Best regards
igor
Hi Igor,
I have tried the USB powered external hub USB2.0. HUB is having 4 USB Ports.
This time MFG tool is not working in all the ports of PC.

Hi Praveenkumar
could you try other computer, with other motherboard model
(vendor).
Best regards
igor
Hi Igor,
Connection sequence also not working out..
According to the link you have shared in previous reply, it has to work well in rear USB Ports right? But here it is completely opposite.
Searched for the difference between front and rear USB ports. Power delivery is the only difference.
