Why  use  PCA9450 instead of BD71847   in the new design? what is the difference?

BD71847 is the PMIC by 3rd party vendor Rohm Semiconductor, whereas PCA9450 is
PMIC by NXP, especially designed to be a companion PMIC for i.MX8MMini,
i.MX8MNano and i.MX8MPlus series of processors.
