Which MPU in i.MX family support ODT for DDR2 devices.

Do only I.MX51 and the above version i.MX MPU support the odt function for DDR2 devices?

  Basically the following devices support ODT for DDR2 :

i.MX28

i.MX50
i.MX51

i.MX53
