Which IDE support MCU I.MX28?

Hello,

I have two question regarding I.MX287:

1. Which IDE does support this MCU?
   
2. Where Can I get Windows SDK / source codes for this MCU?

   My target is to fetch Microcontroller Software Layer including source codes for all Microcontroller's peripherals. I have tried to get it from the following link:

   Unfortunately it ended up with a "Not found" message while going through this link Windows Embedded CE Source Code Files.
