Whether to run android8.0 with 1G DDR on IMX8MQ chip

Hi all：

        we design a core board with 1G DDR use IMX8MQ chip . and it`t work well in linux 4.9.88 version. But when I try to run the android 8.0.0 system，the system will crash and reboot cycle. 

         I want to know can it  run the android system  with 1G DDR?

1G DDR should not enough for running Android 8.0.

For your reference. Android 8.0 "Oreo"
