Whether iMX6S support LPDDR2 or LPDDR3?

Just want to confirm whether iMX6solo support LPDDR2 or LPDDR3.

Because somehow the website says 32 bit LP-DDR3/LV-DDR3 under Features -> Memory section

but on block diagram and datasheet, it says DDR3, low voltage DDR3, LPDDR2.

So, please update the webpage if the information is wrong.

Hi Donny

it supports LPDDR2, not LPDDR3. Image on mentioned link

"i.MX 6Solo Multimedia Applications Processor Block Diagram"

describes "x32 LP-DDR2/DDR3/LV-DDR3",

there is no reference to LPDDR3.
