Whether AC3 decoder is not restricted since it's expired on Feb 1, 2017

Dear NXP engineers,

Since AC3 audio format has expired on February 1, 2017, I would like to know wthether NXP has opened the access of downloading fsl_ac3_dec.tar.gz. But from the "i.MX Android™ Extended Codec Release Notes" on Rev. N7.1.1_1.0.0, 03/2017, AC3 is still restricted and is not generally available.
