Where to start coding for imx6q

Hi everyone..

I am new here. I want to use imx6q processor for my design and am only using SPI, I2C, USB and few GPIO's.

I don't need complete OS. I want to develop a firmware. But i don't know where to start and which will be best platform for me. My application requires multi core . Please suggest me how to start.

You can use yocto SDK for generating your Board Support Packages. You can download it at i.MX6 Platform SDK 1.1 Release.​
