Where is the documentation on the IPU Memory areas?

I'm missing the documentation of the ipu memory area for CPMEM (starting at at 0x02700000) and SRM (starting at 0x02740000). The base addresses are not described in the i.MX 6Solo/6DualLite Applications Processor Reference Manual.

Is there an additional documentation available?
