Where is the GPIO intiial status about RT117x?
Whatever GPIO status in standby mode wakeup or reset mode?(standby ==>last status, reset ==>shortly back to initial setting and back to FW setting?)

You can find the default state of the GPIO pins on the Datasheet. Please look into Table 115, on the "Default setting" columns.
