Where can we find secure bootloader for Widevine DRM level 3?

Customer would like to have Widevine DRM license with security L3 integration on i.MX6 Android for watch video content from Netflix, Hulu and Amazon. According to Widevine document as below. Where can we find secure bootloader for Widevine DRM level 3?

Security Level 3 (L3) 
This security level relies on the secure bootloader to verify the system image. An AES crypto
block performs the AES decryption of the media stream and the resulting clear media buffers
are returned to the CPU for delivery to the video decoder.

please arrange it with nxp local marketing office

note, required that the customer has executed a license agreement
specific to that technology with google.
