Simulation vendor said there is only general package information for ALL pins (accuracy not enough for simulation) in IBIS file <http://www.nxp.com/downloads/en/ibis-model/imx8mm_14x14_v1.zip>. Where can we find SOC package model (the LPDDR4 part at least), typically a SNP file like <http://na.support.keysight.com/plts/help/WebHelp/FilePrint/SnP_File_Format.htm>.

Hello,

We don't provide SOC package model to customers. Only IBIS model is available.

Regards,

Yuri.

Link fixed, IBIS file OK. I imported it into our CAD software and did a trial simulation. Thanks

The link for the I.MX8 MINI IBIS file is broken. Anyone have access to

imx8mm_14x14_v1? Thanks, David

Did last Friday. Confused, was reported that the IBIS file has errors, this isn’t a brand new part.
