Customer found some issues when booting i.MX25 from SPI NOR flash under -40℃ like 1) no message output after decompress Linux kernel, 2) kernel panic with different error message in each boot. There is no such issues in previous version which boot from parallel NOR flash. Customer is checking the hardware difference and want to check DDR stability in the mean time.

Hello,

   We do not have special DDR stress test for i.MX25 (as for i.MX6 and i.MX53). Sorry.

You may try to decrease DRAM frequency to check if memory is the main problem for system

stability. Also different drive strength options for both i.MX25 and DRAM parts may help.
