Where are physical location of the memories in the pico-imx7D SOM?

I have pico-imx7d SOM and I need to know where are physical location of the memories:

Question 01 : Where is this?

Question 02 : Where is this?

Question 03 : Where is this?

Question 04 : Where is this?

For Q1 and Q2 (internal memory):

• For physical address of your internal memory you can refer section 2.1.2 Cortex-A7 Memory Map of attached Reference manual for i.MX7D Application processor. for internal ROM starting address is 0x00000000  and for internal RAM (On-chip RAM) starting address is from 0x00900000.  

For Q3 and Q4 (External memory):

• You can refer the node of your external memory device from device tree files of your board.

Radhika Somaiya is correct. As additional information, the i.MX7 Pico board is manufactured and supported by TechNexion so they may be able to provide more details and also the aforementioned device tree files.

Please consider that the external memory options available won’t necessarily be populated on a given board. From the information you shared the PICO board has an eMMC populated as well as DDR, and won’t have NOR FLASH or NAND.
