Where I can download L5.1.1_2.1.0-HDCP2.x.tar.gz file?

I'm working on HAB function on imx6q platform and the operating system is Android 5.1. I downloaded all documents associated to android 5.1.

According to one of the documents named AndroidTM HDCP2.x User's Guide Rev.L51.1_2.1.0-ga, 01/26, I need to download the L5.1.1_2.1.0-HDCP2.x.tar.gz file and then unpack it in order to get HDCPLib.tar.gz , xzvf mxc_secureboot.tar.gz and xzvf Patches.tar.gz . I searched NXP community, but I still can't find the file. Can anyone tell me where I can download L5.1.1_2.1.0-HDCP2.x.tar.gz Thanks.
