Hi All,
This post is a question related to the recent post. (https://community.nxp.com/t5/i-MX-Processors/When-using-LVDS-LCD-in-6-bit-mode/td-p/1326316)
The LCD specifications we want to use are, for example, the products at the following URL. https://www.avnet-integrated.eu/fileadmin/user_upload/Files/Displays/Colour_TFT/LQ150X1LG98.pdf
According to the specifications of these LCDs, it is recommended to fix the TX3 +/- differential data to 0 when using in 6-bit mode.
We have confirmed the i.MX6 specification, but it seems that the data output from the TX3 +/- cannot be kept fixed at 0 (or 1).
Please tell me what TX3 +/- will look like when using 6bit mode.
*We checked it with our product and the TX3 +/- buffer output pin may be floating
*LCD Datasheet P.11 shown in the URL
Best Regards,
George.

Hi George
there are no special settings for keeping TX3 +/- differential data to 0, so if that solution
does not work, suggest to set necessary levels externally by resistors.
