What is the state of pads on i.mx6q during POR and boot procedure

Hi ,

    I need to have a clear understanding of the pad state during boot procedure to control other chips on my mainboard. I just have a look at IOMUXC_XXX_XXX registers. Dose these registers determine the state? 

    Better to provide the timing diagram to desicrbe the states during boot to let me check my power on configuration strategy  in my design.
