What is the procedure to communicate between cortex-A53 and cortex-M4?

Dear Sir,Madam,

     I am working on IMX8M processor,IMX8 contains two processors 1)coretex-A53 2)Cortex-M4,

I want to know how this two processor's will communicate and could you please share any documents and 

procedure for Communication between Cortex-A53 and Cortex-M4.
