What is the maximum ambient temperature supported by i.MX8XLite?

Dear NXP support team,

Could you let me know what is the maximum ambient temperature supported by i.MX8XLite?

According to i.MX8XLite data sheet, it support to maximum junction temperature has 125degC but I don't check the ambient temperature.

I hope you are doing well.

One can calculate the Ambient operating temperature on the basis of the junction temperature. Also, one can refer to the thermal analysis document at the below link.

TJ = TA + (PD RQJA)

One can find the value of RQJA in the datasheet in Table 4. FCPBGA package thermal resistance data.
