What is the i.MX7 ADC inputs' absolute max voltage rating?

Absolute max should not to be confused with max operating voltage (listed as 1.89V in data sheet). 

Bottom line: will the ADC input get damaged if it is exposed to 3.3V?

Hi Alix,

The ADC inputs should be between high and low analog reference voltages. In case of the i.MX7, it is from 0V to max 1.9V (Table 93 of i.MX7 Datasheet, shown below).
