What is the fspi version of uboot from release package?

I am working with the MCUExpresso SDK for the imx8mn. On page 25 of the Getting Started with MCUXpresso SDK for EVK-MIMX8MN document pt 4 says:

4. Get the fspi version U-Boot image from release package and rename it to uboot_flash.bin.
5. In the command line, execute uuu with the -b qspi switch: uuu -b qspi uboot_flash.bin m7_flash.bin

Could someone explain the above lines to me?

for " fspi version U-Boot image from release package" one can look at

Demo Images on below link, look for uboot with "fspi", like imx-boot-imx8mmevk-fspi.bin-flash_evk_flexspi :
