What is the difference between MCIMX93-EVK board and the MCIMX93-EVKCM board?

By ordering a board from distributors, I see both MCIMX93-EVK and MCIMX93-EVKCM are available. What are difference between these two boards?

Are the power consumption tests (AN13917) applicable only for one of the board?

Hello,

The MCIMX93EVKCM is obsolete and no longer manufacturer you need to get the MCIMX93EVK since it comes with the new silicon version A1.
