Hello,

I saw in datasheet, MCIMX27OP4A and MCIMX27JP4A have same temperature and package. May I know the difference between them?

Shall I directly replacement them one by another?

The difference between the O and the J in the part numbers is a historical die attach difference that's now been unified to the same die attach. The two sets of part numbers were retained because it was logistically easier for the various customers using each. Yes, you can replacement them each other as the packages are also the same. Hope this can do help for you.
