Hi all,
I am developing a IMX6Q based device which consists TW6865 chip for analog video inputs.
TW6865 is using PCIe signals to communicate with IMX6Q.
I have encountered several problems in PCIe signals.
Therefore we need to check the signal integrity of the PCIe signals using an Oscilloscope (TDR testing and Eye diagram testing).
Could you please let me know what is the required Bandwidth of the Oscilloscope to test PCIe signals in IMX6Q?
I have already checked the IMX6DQRM datasheet and I have found that maximum PCIe signal clock is using 200MHz.
(Please find the attach image file for Reference clock details in PCIe)
Thanks!
Hi Ashan
required bandwidth should be better at least by order of highest measured signal frequency.
For example in AN4784 PCIe Certification Guide for i.MX was used Tektronix P7313SMA,
one can look at its characteristics
