What MIMXRT1050 silicon version is in production?

What silicon version of RT1050 is in production? For TO1.0, the DCDC_IN voltage domain is 2.8 V ~ 3.0 V, while for TO1.1 and the later DCDC_IN, the voltage domain is 3.0 V~3.6 V. When TO1.1 is available?

Hi Jian Li,

For the A0 version of MCU, it need 2.8V-3.0V, but for the A1 in your design you can use 3.3V voltage for DCDC_IN. Now the A0 is available, but for Rev A1 will be in production at the end of April.
