We need to upgrade Qt5 to Qt6 version in hardknott branch for imx8qxpmek

We have a requirement in hardknott brach to integrate Qt6 , but by default Qt5 is supported on imx8qxpmek, we are looking for upgrade steps in yocto for hardknott .

Hi @Ram2 

We don't support such upgrade, the upgrade steps are controlled by Yocto upstream. You may meet lots of incompatible issues during upgrade.

Apart from that I have one more query could you please help with below query ?

Currently we have kernel.5.10 which we are using for Hard-knott branch
We have to switch to 6.x version so is there any steps where I find to upgrade kernel version from 5.10 to 6.x in hardknott branch . 

Any inputs are welcome and much appreciated !!
