Hey, we have a question about the input method of Wayland , we have an application running on Weston using GTK. As far as we know, GTK supports text input protocol v3.
Now we want to transfer characters to the application using the on-screen keyboard. But wayland's input method does not support v3 version. Now the input method only supports v1 version.
Can we know when input-method will support v3 version? Or do we have other ways to send characters to the application?
