Wakeup problem from STOP with I.MX356

Hello all, I am testing the function of Wakeup from stop with I.MX356.

Some of I.MX356 chip ( about 10 pcs of 100 chips) could not Wakeup from STOP mode sometimes. Here "somtimes" means that this issues are found 1 time of 1000s of Tries ( Stop and Wakeup) .

Is there Anyone who exprienced this issue ? Please help !,
