We use i.MX7 solo (MCIMX7D5EVM10SD).
VDD_SNVS_IN is connected to coin battery.
Our iMX7 can detect voltage tampering with SNVS_LP Status Register (LPSR) during power off.
But I cannot find what voltage of SNVS_IN can be detected as voltage tampering during power off in following documents.

What voltage of SNVS_IN can iMX7 detect "VTD" (1b) of "LPSR" during power off?
I'd like to know hardware specification of Voltage Tampering during power off.
