Vivante 6.4.0.p2.4 glibc support

Version imx-gpu-viv-6.4.0.p2.4 of the Vivante GPU drivers requires GLIBC 2.29 which makes it unusable in Debian 10 Buster (glibc2.28) and Ubuntu 18.04 (glibc2.27) root filesystem. Is there binary driver avaiable from Vivante 6.4.0.p2.4 driver which works with glibc2.27 instead of glibc2.29?

Sorry no, the vivante drivers require compilation of 64 bit in library. However please check the solution to install ubuntu on MX8:
