In our project we are using Qt 5.15 with Wayland/Weston running on Imx8MPlus
Since now we could not magane to use any vistual keyboards (QtVirtualKeyboard, Maliit, Weston-keyboard..)
Everytime the reason from Qt side was, that weston and Qt are using different text input protocols. A workaround would be using another compositor instead of weston.
We need OpenGl acceleration which limits us here using another compositor,

Anyone here who knows a solution with virtual keyboards, usable under Qt+Weston? What we cannot change is the CPU and Qt.
