Video with isom codec not playing in Android imx6

We have QT NDK app for Android and two mp4 videos.  First video with mp42 Codec ID playing good , second with isom Codec ID not playing with this error:

Unfortunately, we do not support either QT and external Android applications in our BSP. For that I suggest you to post your question in the QT community. I apologize for the inconvenience this may give you.
