Video Recording preview is green in IMX8QM-MEQ

Hi All,

Problem with video record and preview in Stream function with iMX8QM-MEK + Android 9 Automotive.

$ source/vendor/nxp-opensource/imx/libcamera3/Stream.cpp

-> if it enabled video recorded but recorded video is in green color

if (s->usage & GRALLOC_USAGE_HW_VIDEO_ENCODER)

-> if it not enabled video recorded and recorded video is proper.

if (!(s->usage & GRALLOC_USAGE_HW_VIDEO_ENCODER))
