VDIC combine in i.MX6 solo

I would like to combine two graphical planes(RGB format) using VDIC combiner feature in i.MX6 solo.

As per data sheet, VDI_plane1 (IDMAC CH 26) and VDI_plane 3 (IDMAC CH 25) input data can be combine and output (Combined data) can be obtained from IDMAC CH 5, when VDI_CMB_EN bit is set IPU_VDI_C register in VDIC module, But it is not working.

Is anybody worked on VDIC combiner feature? Could you help me to solve the VDIC combiner issue.

I have encounter the same issue, could nxp give a example of VDI conbining? We don't know how vdi works if we don't have a example. BTW,I use linux to do the program.
