Use of OnSemi AR0820 instead of AR0821 on iMX8MP?

Since the AR0820 and AR0821 are very similar, could the AR0820 be used with the iMX8MP with the existing AR0821 driver?

Hello hns80,

The MX8MP has the driver for AR821, the AR820 has change the connection in MIPI, it can communicate but the driver in the BSP correspond to AR821, you have to adapt the driver.
