In my experience, Vpu_DecGetInitialInfo() returns insufficient values before filling enough data to the stream buffer.
How about Vpu_EncGetInitialInfo()? Does it return sufficient values if frame buffer is ready?

I don't think so, when vpu call the Vpu_EncGetInitialInfo(), vpu just wants to know frame buffer size, then to set up proper buffer
Can someone explain me when I can call this function to get proper info?
