Unused pin treatment about VDD1P5 of i.MX28

Hi

Please tell us about VDD1P5 of i.MX28.

In my design, there is no LV-DDR2 memory and
it is just connected to the capacitors(0.01uF ~ 22uF).

In this case, is it OK to eliminate these capacitors ?

You can disable the 1V5 linreg via HW_POWER_VDDMEMCTRL : ENABLE_LINREG register/bit, then you should be fine not connecting anything to the pad.
