Unable to detect JTAG on imx6solo

I'm using Segger Jlink Pro. But we are not able to detect JTAG on our custom imx6solo board. Do we need to do boot switches or fuse switches or any other settings?

Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products,

I'd connect the debugger and target, then power up the debugger continuing with target.

Make sure you have the HW design as advised in our references, more likely the i.MX 6 UltraLite that needs to solve pin conflicts as described in the attached note.

And for the SW, keep this in mind.
