According to i.MX 6ULL Migration Guide:
The advanced security features that are mainly used by the POS applications (including CAAM/BEE/DryICE)
are removed.

The tamper pins cannot be used in i.MX 6ULL, because of factory pre-programmed state of the
corresponding fuses.
