USG OTG1 using the i.mx8M Mini

Hi

I have build my own i.mx8m mini board and I intend to set the otgusb1 to peripheral mode.

Please take a look at the attached section of my circuit design on the USB section of the i.mx8m Mini and the USB Type C receptacle. With this design, may I know how to configure the Device Tree file for "usbotg1" for i.mx8m Mini?

In addition, I like to know if there it is necessary to have a USB PD TCPC PHY IC component (example, MPN: PTN5110NHQ) for the connection of the CC1 and CC2 signals?

For the usb design you need to following these tips:

USB TYPE-C +CC logic chip ==>dual role

USB2.0 / USB3.0 : USB TYPE-C +CC logic chip ==>dual role

USB2.0: MicroUSB connecor + without CC logic chip ====>dual role

Here our default BSP support usb1 dual mode"dr_mode = "otg";"
