How do I get USBMON for kernel 4.14.98 variant for i.MX8 QXP?

Its not in the kernel configuration.

usb cdns3 module, used in i.MX8QXP is widely used

Introduced new Cadence USBSS DRD Driver [LWN.net] 

and issue may be posted on kernel mail list

Majordomo Lists at VGER.KERNEL.ORG 

Also one can try with mainline linux-5.4 kernel
