USB location and display Chinese in imx6

i want to load USB disk file in QT how can i know the location of the file? when i plug usb the location is change from /media/sda1 to /media/sda4 not s stable postion.

and if the file name is Chinese QT displayed it as question mark, how can i load Chinese named or any other not English named file in IMX6?
