Trying to compile LTIB source on Ubuntu 14.04

Following the instructions in the following link...   https://community.freescale.com/docs/DOC-100725

When I run... git apply 0001_make_L3.0.35_4.1.0_compile_on_Ubuntu_14.04_64bit_OS

I get... fatal: can't open patch '0001_make_L3.0.35_4.1.0_compile_on_Ubuntu_14.04_64bit_OS': No such file or directory

Can anyone tell me where to locate this patch?
