Tolerance of internal register

Let me confirm the tolerance value of internal register for i.MX6DL.

From "29.4.2.2 Output driver" in reference manual.

Selectable pull-up resistors of 22K, 47K, 100K and a pull-down resistor of
100KOhm. Unsilicided P+ poly resistor is used to limit resistance variation to within ± 20%.

From Community.

Unfortunately we do not guarantee 10% precision of these resistors.
You should refer to reference manual, 20% seems to be right.
