The mask set of N78C

Hello tech support,

We got  MCIMX535DVV1C with DC1824 and marking N78C on chip，found on the document IMX53CE, the N78C marking is currently replaced by the 3N78C mask set,could you please advise when was the N78C mask set obsolete?

Is it possible that a chip with the top marking "MCIMX535DVV1C  N78C  SBCD1824C  KOREA"?

as I known N78C is already obsolete, and replaced by the new one
